Multiple dependent drop down fields
I would like to create a couple of custom column transaction fields of type list/records.
We would like the user to select a service item on an Opportunity. Based on their selection, we would like to have the service item selection determine the available items in a subsequent custom column transaction field that representing Activities that we have defined. Similarly, we would like to have the Activity selected in the drop down determine the available choices in a subsequent custom column transaction field for a Solution Set.
I'm unclear whether this is possible in Netsuite. I note another User Group Thread that suggests this functionality is possible.
