using two different templates when responding to customer
Hello:
Is it possible in netsuite to send a different "message to customer template" depending on the inbound email address?
For instance, if the inbound email is from producta@support.com, then when a support rep responds to the customer, a custom template (lets say, template a) is used.
Similarly, if the inbound email is from productb@support.com, then whena support rep responds to the custome, a different custom template is used.
Has anyone implemented something quite like this?
Any advice would be appreciated.
