Online Contact Form Help
Dear Forum Users,
I have an online contact form. Very simple First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone Number
This data should create a Contact, however it only creates Company related entities
My long term plan is to do the following
1) A contact enters his or her information via an online NS form
2) A auto-responce Merged Email is sent to the Contact. Within this email is a link to a Questionaire.
So the issues i am having are
a) Can an online form be used to create contacts?
b) Can the created contact assign a "Contact Catagory" based on the form they used to enter information
