Case notes on invoices
Help!
We bill our time, using the support section of Netsuite. I would really like to try to get the case notes, or at least the introductory/open information from the case, to appear on the invoice.
Right now, all I can figure out how to do is to get the support staff to make some entry in the memo field, because that appears on the invoice easily.
I want to show the case number, the open date, and the summary and have them automatically appear on the invoice.
Any help?
