Truncate Hyperlink
Is there a way to truncate the very long Hyperlink that is manually copied in. Ideally I would just substiture simple text and have the link underneath.
We store our final proposals on Sharepoint. I want to have the link to the final proposal stored in NS. This is a cut/paste for the proposals team when they submit the final. However when you look at the opportunity record it scrolls forever to the right as the link is very lengthy. Looking for a way to capture the link but only display simple text or just part of the link.
