Sorry if question is overbroad.
We are attempting to use NS as a palce to gather employment applications. I have three initial questions re same: (1) Am I limited to the "relationships" lists in NS or can I create a new list called "Applicants" (sim to a customer or contact list); (2) while playing with customizing the "online customer form" (where app data will be entered) I don't seem to be able to easily create custom fields (ie for education, brief essay, etc.); and (3) rather than create a custom customer form can we use our existing HTML online form with its various fields?
