Commissions Module and Sale Rep Profitability Reporting
Does anyone know if the commission module does a better job on getting sales rep profitability reports that creating a custom report from Customer Profitability report?
I am in desperate need to get a stable and consistant report of Sales Rep Profitability to pay commissions on (Revenue - COGS). Customizing the existing reports has lead to some inconsistancies and i am concerned the Commissions Module relies on the same logic as the standard reports and i will get the same inconsistant information.
