Customer Center & Time search/report

hello, does anyone know if it's possible to show a search list or report of time entries in teh customer center? i want to show customers the time that lies behind time bills

i've tried links to custom reports & searches but the links don't appear. A suitelet script runs but gives "Permission Violation: You need  the 'Transactions -> Track Time' permission"

does this mean time entries are locked out of the customer center?
