Adding text under shipping method?

I would like to add some text under the continue button while selecting shipping method during checkout.

Something along the lines of "“Currently Olive Smart is only shipping in the United States .  If you would like to place an order with International shipping, please contact us at..........".

Any suggestions...Thank You.
