Newbie w/simple question

I want to add a tab to a customers record called 'Customizations' that will then have a list of the customizations we have doe to their code base with the following fields:

Date     Module    Customization
1/1/01  abc         Added custom control
2/2/02  xyz         Removed code

I would like the ability to have many of these customizations for each customer (I.e. 1 to Many).  Is this possible in NetSuite - and if so - how can I do this.  I do know how to add fields but not records (made up of fields) and attach to a customer.
