Customer Center

looking for some info on customizing our customer center but i am running into a problem with the info that we need from our dealer and how their acctounts are set up.

Some are on Terms and we do not collect money from them when they order
but others (most) pay with a Credit card at the time they place their order. 

how should i go about setting up the customer center so that both groups can order and get the type of transaction they need (cash sale for the CC people and invoice for the terms people)
