Carrying over Category field info to a call form
Hello NS family,
I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this. We use the Customer Category field to classify a customer type. I created a custom phone call form and would like to carry over the value of that field for the related customer so it shows in the call form. The reason is it will be a reminder to anyone making the call of the level of importance of that related customer.
