Changing Time Zone Mexico City

We work in Mexico city and have different time zone than all the ones that come with NetSuite.

Is there a way we can create a java scritp or something that updates the time zone from Microsoft to NetSuite, so we can have the changes of time according to our city??

Need to find a way before april.
