Last order info - script, search or punt?
Folks,
I'm finding that having information about the last order for each customer - at my fingertips - is becoming more valuable to me. Things like:
[LIST]
[*]Date of last order
[*]# days since last order
[*]Amount of last order
[*]Amount of product category (could be 2-3 categories)[/LIST]The list could expand over time, but in general, this info would get me through for a while.
I would prefer to have this info sourced into fields at the account record, but would be just as happy to be able to summon a saved search.
My questions:
[LIST=1]
[*]Can I use a saved search to acquire this information, or do I need to use scripts?
