Need an Item report for a specific 1 Price Level only

I am looking to create a saved search available online for customers.  However, it is key that the search only returns one specific pricing level. Currently the report shows ALL pricing levels and i cannot find a way to show just the pricing level i want to show to the customer. 

Any help?
