Filter Search by Custom Record Owner's Department
Hi,
I'm trying to write a simple saved search for a custom record where I can look at the owner of each record ie. {custrecord1.owner} and then filter the list by the owners department or location ? This I presume would be a custom formula on the selection criteria of the saved search.
An example would be show me all customrecords where the owner's location is Windsor (in our case the owner of the record is an employee).
I'm sure this is pretty trivial for most of you so any help would be much appreciated.
