Auto Renewal for a customer's software subscription - Anyone doing this?
We are looking to customize our website in order to accommodate the ability to have customers opt-in to have their software products auto-renewed every year. Are any of you currently using this type of functionality? If so, can you provide any insight into how you are accomplishing this?
We would need to have this set up to look at the subscription end date and basically replicate the order they placed last year, the day before their current subscription ends. Of course with a few more intricacies than that, but this is the gist of what we would need to happen. Any input would be tremendously appreciated.
