Tracking pesky snowbirds!

A new challenge has popped up with my business, something we didn't anticipate:  SnowBirds! ((usually) older folks that flee the cold for warmer climates part of the year)

It's a problem for us because we ship supplies on a monthly schedule.  Now we have a possible problem of shipping to a vacant address.

I have added some steps to our assessment workflow to ask the patients if they are 'birds and if so to collect the dates and addresses where they will be.  After that point it's a manual process that needs to be hand held to make sure we change the "Default Shipping" at the correct time.
