Can mailing label be customized?

I would like to add the primary contact to mailing labels but there is no "mailing label" form listed in the Custom Transaction Forms.
Am I missing something?  It seems like it would be a relatively common desire to be able to direct a mailing to a particular person.
I am using NetSuite Small Business.
