Using external id's w/ item csv imports/exports
In Short>
Need to add "External ID" COLUMN to CSV Item export from Netsuite, (and on the item screen record too, if possible)??
The long story is>
I sell food, in a price list that we like to keep in the correct order.
The internal ID's N.S has assigned are random.
Our "name /Number" ID's are all over the place to; due to pulling and adding items frequently.
So we want to use the Value of the "EXTERNAL ID", so when we export a CSV file of a full list of Items from Netsuite, We can quickly sort it by number into the order of our pricelist. SIMPLE ENOUGH?...
