Support Case
When we save a case an auto email goes to the customer. I would like to create a link in the email that the customer could pick and would take them directly to that case. I know the customer would still need to log in, but after they login it would then go directly to the that case. The case emails from NetSuite work like this.
I know that end result link will look something like this:
https://checkout.netsuite.com/app/crm/support/supportcase.nl?id=31353
I'm not sure how to get the "ID" of the case to append to the end of the URL.
