Remove the editable qty box in the cart detail page

Hello,
I wish to remove the editable quantity box and make it non-editable in the Shopping Cart detail page.
Also i want to remove the Update total button.
How can i do so.
Further is it possible to associate a Client Suitscript on this shopping cart page, i search in the documentation but failed to look up the related info.
Help me.
