NetSuite Partner Recommendations - SuiteScript/Customization specialists

We are a SaaS company looking for recommendations regarding NetSuite Partners who are SuiteScript/Customization specialists.  We aren't looking for implementation/support/web store specialists, but specifically those who have dealt with 200+ employee software companies that use most NetSuite features.

I'd like to hear anyone's suggestions regarding good and bad experiences, including what we might want to look out for.  Besides Partners, any experiences with NetSuite Professional Services would be helpful too.  We have done all NetSuite work in-house thus far, but we are experiencing a large spike in requests due to rapid growth.
