Last Modified By on the Case form

I am wondering if there is any way to put the standard "Last Modified By" field onto a custom Case form.

We've managed to add the standard field (Last Modified) to a form within a Custom record of ours and it populates the form with the Last Modified Date as well as the name of the user who modified the record.  If it is available on a Custom record form, I don't see why it wouldn't be available on a Case record form.

Anyone Know?
