Scripting with a Custom Image

I have an custom Transaction Body Field called custbodycompanylogo of type image. What I would like to do is; during sales entry I would like to write a script that will populate that based on Partner Company entered in the sale. The problem is I am not really sure how to set an image using suite script. If anyone knows how to do this I would greatly appreciate the assistance. Thank You.
