Triggering Zipcode State/City Lookup

I currently have an online lead form that requires users to enter their postal code and country.  I'd like to have a process where the Zipcode to State/City lookup that is done on when a lead is entered manually be performed when a lead is added via this form.  Does anybody know if there is a way to trigger this lookup via a script or some other solution?  Thanks.
