Error when Saving a Custom Project Task Form

I'm trying to create a custom Project Task Form, but I keep getting the error message below every time I try to save.  FYI - We were converted to the new software version (2008.2) Friday.  Anyone seen this one before?  If so, why am I getting it?

Items you have requested in the record have been deleted since you retrieved the form
