Filtering Clients with multiple addresses

I have a saved search I am working on for an email campaign. The problem is it seems to list clients multiple times if they have multiple addresses. I would like to only list the client once either by unique internal id or by default shipping address but I can't seem to find a way to do this. If anybody has any ideas the help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
