disable OVERRIDE in FULL ACCESS

How do I disable the OVERRIDE checkbox to prevent people from overriding the ADDRESS field in FULL ACCESS?

In the SHIP TO, there is an address box and in NEW or CUSTOM, users can type directly into the grey box after clicking the OVERRIDE.

How do I disable to ability to override?
