How can I add the partners field to the Purchase and Item fulfillment forms?

I have created a custom field for, so I can use that and transfer it from the Sales Orders to the Purchase Order and fulfillment.

However, If I could use the Partners field this field would be filled automaically and save us a second or two.(or a click or two).
