Customer Center

When the company I work for originally set up the customer center they did so with a different purpose then using it on our website as a result it has a completely different color scheme and now I am left with changing this and I don't see an option to change the colors. Another weird thing is, it seems to list two groups of inventory. Only two never more and always the same two but there is nothing under those items that says list them in the customer center so I am in short confused as to why they are
