I must say all the replies have been very usefull and effective.
I have this little challenge though, here is the picture:o
FACTSI have 2 custom Records
1. Book Record with id as 'customrecord_books_records'
it has a default field called id but renamed as serial number.
it also has another custom field which is a checkbox, checked by default named available with id as 'custrecord_available'.
2. Borrowed book with id as 'customrecord_rental"
