SuiteScript API like SuiteTalk's getSelectValue?

Hello!

Looking for a SuiteScript API to get Billing Schedule name and internal id?

Same as SuiteTalk's getSelectValue, fieldType="salesOrder_billingSchedule" but used from SuiteScript's
