customize Paypal notification emails

Hi,

Can I customize the Notification emails by Paypal (as Notification of payment received).

we want the Shipping and Handling to be displayed as one value.

It is now as the following:
Total Shipping: Shipping-Value
Total Handling: Handling-Value

we need it as:
Shipping & Handling: Sum-Of-Shipping-and-Handling-Value

can we do this?
