Error when set-up, Customer heading "Name" not showing
When our account was set up, an error was made.
let me explain.
When we run a search for, lets say, 'contact search'
The results come up just fine,
except at the top of the list (column heading) where it should say
"Name" or "Company", it says our actual companies name instead.
At some point in the set-up of our Netsuite, someone must have thought netsuite was asking for Our company name in these forms....???
I have noticed this happen in some forms and searches, But not all.
It is in - (to name a few)
Contact search
phone calls (on dashboard)
