Recommendations for Storing External Data to Customers

edited Jan 8, 2020 3:39AM in SuiteCloud / Customization 4 comments

We have product utilization data that we would like to store in Netsuite from several different software products we sell.  We would like to summarize this data monthly and have requirements for the following:

1. Capable of being CSV uploaded once a month

2. Attachable to a customer/entity record (one customer will have multiple "Monthly Utilization" updates for trending... Jan 2009, Feb 2009, Mar 209, etc.).

3. The ability to web query the data that resides within these utilization fields.

We do not currently use Job records and I have built a custom job form that captures the utilization data fields I need to report on, but am wondering if there is not a better solution.  Is there another Form instead of using the Job form option that would be more appropriate for this task?

Howdy, Stranger!
