Counting "record type" lines in an entity field?

Hi,

I created a record type like this:



Doctor Name:       Is he using our product? (List/Record) </p>
1. doc1                YES
2. doc2                NO
3. doc3                YES

Is the following possible: I created 2 entity fields:

No. of docs:
No. of docs using our product:

It should count the lines in the record to give me 3 for "no. of docs".
and count the lines with YES to give me 2 for "no. of docs using our product".
