Estimate PDF Template

I can't appear to be able to get the Customer Name in a custom element.

selected Customer and it inserted {customer} but when an estimate is printed, the pdf file has nothing where the customer name should be

am i doing something wrong here?

EDIT:  Yes I am.  It's {entity} doh!
