Scheduled Script stuck in Queue

We have a scheduled script that has been stuck in the queue for over 2hrs.

Logged a case and told it would be fixed in an average of 5 days!!!!!

We need to run our batch processing daily, anyone please help. Any helpful hints? Yang?
