How Do I Show All cc's on Case Email Copy Employees?
How Do I Show All Employees who were copied on Case Email in the Email received by each employee?
When creating or updating a Case, you can cc other employees by selecting them in the "Copy Employee" field. However, the email received by the Assignee does NOT indicate that any of the other employees were cc'd.
This results in duplicate email as the Assignedd may forward the email on to the other employees who were also copied.
So, how do I show, in either the email header or in the body, all employees who were entered into the "Copy Employees" field?
