Inventory

Hi UG,

i'm trying to decreament inventory from a custom record and i'm facing some challenges.
Here is the scenerio:
on the custom record form i have a field called 'item', which sources from Item and filters by 'item type'
Then there's another field called 'Number requested'
My script is an afterSubmit function which is meant to load the inventory record,based on the item chosen .Then,it get's the quantityonhand for the item ,reduce it's value based on the number requested and submit the result to the database.here's the script:
