Cash-Based Accounting/Reporting

We use NetSuite to manage the financials of a small public relations agency. As a small company (Annual Revenues between $350K - $400K), we are a cash-based business.  Why doesn't NetSuite provided a cash-based version of the balance sheet? Thank you.
