Schedule Script Sending Unwanted emails

Hi,

I have this schedule script that triggers when a Sales Order has status of Pending Billing.

It gets the cost of the item (from item record or Purchase Order) and calculates Gross Profit on the lines of the Sales Order.

When I submit this using the nlapiSubmitRecord, emails are being sent to the customer to stating "Your order has been shipped".

I only update custom fields on the SO and Fulfillment. But when I look at the System Notes of the Sales Order, Ship To address is one of the fields listed as changed even though I do not update this.
