Entity/Record hyperlinked from email

The standard notification email that our sales people receive contains a clickable link to the record in NetSuite, but does not contain the Comments section from the original web-form.

I have created a custom notification email which does include the Comments section, so now the sales people can read the inbound message right away, but they cannot jump to the record any more.

In order to provide a clickable link to launch the record in NS I need to write the following HTML:
