How to display Rich Text field in pdf/word print?

I saw in one of the usergroup thread that "NetSuite's PDF forms cannot render HTML."

Is this the case in the current release also?

I am trying to output a Rich Text field in pdf print, I am getting the whole HTML code in the print insread of the data in the rich text field.
Does anyone has this issue?
Any help is appreciated.
