Restricting Viewing ability for Built In Fields

How would I restrict the viewing capabilities for NetSuite standard built in fields?  For example restricting a part of the company from being able to view Projected Total in the Opportunity Form.  I do not want to disbale them, but restrict view by role.

We have a bunch of these that we would like to change.
