Setting Sent/Recieved Files in Cabnet as Private automatically

I'm noticed that if a person has sent/received files in the File Cabinet, then everyone can see those files.

Is there any way to automatically make the user's folder under "Attachment's Received" be private?  Or any other way to make it where I don't have to go in and manually set each person's folder so that no one else can see their attachments?
