Automatically check box on SO when Return Authorized
Hi there.
I'm hoping there is a way I can have a custom checkbox on the sales order form automatically ticked when a Returns Authorisation is processed. The reason for this is that we bill on a 30 day basis but from the time a returns auth is processed, a customer has 14 days to return the products to us. Unfortunately a returns auth does not affect the sales order status which means I'm likely to be billing people whose products will soon be returned and who therefore will require a refund.
I have virtually no experience with scripting but if someone can either point me in the direction of some kind of document that can help, or help me themselves, would be much appreciated.
