Custom Script Access Child Records?

I have two custom records.

RecordA
RecordB

RecordB has RecordA set as its parent. 

Thus RecordA has a list of RecordB records.

If a custom script is attached to RecordA, how do i access its children (RecordB) records?

I can't seem to find a "Field Name" to pull it with GetField, nor can i find a name for how to access it via GetLineItem?
