Different date format for different roles

Hi,

In preferences, setting for Date format and 'From Email Address' applies to all assigned roles. But I have a requirement to have different values for these fileds for different roles.

For eg. A user is assigned with the role of Manager Uk and Manager USA.In the role Manager Uk date format should be dd/mm/yyyy and in case of USA it should be mm/dd/yyyy.

Is there any way to achive it? or any alternate for it?
